Adding saturated fat to a diet will raise daily insulin release, but not in proportion to the calories, so replacing half your carbs with fat will lower insulin exposure, but only by about 20-30%. What drives evolution? Just as there are laws of nature like conservative of energy, so there are laws of nature involving conservation of structure. The structure I have in mind in regards evolution is the chemical structure DNA. Per Richard Dawkins.

You can of course make theories what has happened before according the test and theorioes you now have, but that won't make any difference to anything. You weren't observer as these things happened, so you don't know a fuck about them.
